Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in South Florida and yes I love to travel! If you are interested in me traveling to you just mention it when you fill out the contact form. For sessions outside of Palm Beach County, FL, there will be a travel fee priced based on how far you need me to go!

What if I am awkward in front of the camera?

I don't believe anyone is too "awkward" or that anyone is "un-photogenic"! I'm here to help you get comfortable in front of the camera so I will guide you through each step of our session!

What do I wear?

What you are comfortable and confident in! This is your sessions so your clothes should reflect that! I will send you an outfit guide the touches on movement, location, colors, and textures, as well as give you direction on what does and doesn't photograph well. We will discuss different outfit options during the planning process for your session!

Can I pick the location of the shoot?

I want the shoot to be authentically you, so I'm all for discussing different location options! Based on the vibe you want and the time of day we can talk about what location and lighting will be best. I will send you a location guide to help you start thinking about what you may want. Some locations require permits and may charge extra fees for us to be able to do a photography session there, while some locations don't allow photography sessions period; that is something I can help guide you through so we get what is best for you!

Can my shoot be on the beach? Can I get in the water?

Umm, yes and yesss! I'm all for the beach! As mentioned above, some locations require pemits or fees and possibly don't allow photography. But don't worry, there are several beaches we can use! I would love for you to get in the water if we are shooting on the beach! I suggest your favorite swimsuit or something a bit lighter and looser like a flowy dress or linen pants if you want to get in the water! If you are getting in the water be sure to bring a towel and a change of clothes!

Do you retouch images?

Short answer: no. Long answer: occassionaly and in a limited capacity, at my discretion. Retouching is things like removing distracting elements or blemishes, slimming arms, whitening teeth, etc. At my discretion I will remove distracting elements from the background, like a neon yellow crosswalk sign or something of that nature. Beyond that, I don't retouch images. I believe everyone is beautiful how they are! So I don't spend hours and hours slimming waist lines or whitening teeth in each image. I do however edit each image. This means I will fix things like the white balance/contrast/saturation to ensure things are true to color as well as crop and rotate the image so the horizon is straight.

How do I book with you and how do you accept payments? 

Once we have decided we are the right fit for each other, I will send you a proposal which includes a contract and invoice. State/local tax will be reflected in the invoice. The contract must be signed and the retainer paid for your date to be reserved. A $250 non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made using an ACH (eCheck) bank transfer or a major credit card. The remainder of your total price is due two weeks before your session.
